Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any items that have been opened, used, or sprayed.

All fragrance decants are freshly prepared, sealed, and quality-checked before dispatch.

Returns or replacements are only accepted if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or leaking
  • You receive the wrong fragrance or size

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence of the issue and packaging.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used items
  • Fragrances you do not like or that do not suit you
  • Buyer’s remorse

This policy is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exempt sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
